The Regional Sales Manager is an important member of our high-performing sales team. The focus of this position is to develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. They will also work to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and create winning sales propositions around these requirements. Illumitex is seeking a team player with a keen mind to join our high performing sales team as our Customer Service Team Leader, to help us grow our rapidly expanding horticulture LED lighting business. This is a very critical position which needs to set a standard of excellence with our customers and will set the company apart from its competitors. To be successful in this role you will be an energetic team player, a high achiever, have a strong understanding of account management and business development. This position handles and resolves customer’s concerns, special orders or returns via phone or mail, in addition to answering customers’ questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance. This role receives, and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping. Master Scheduler – Manufacturing

This Master Scheduler – Manufacturing should be a professional with proven results and an ability to drive performance and improve productivity in a fast-paced LED Lighting fixture manufacturing environment. This person will set challenging and productive goals for themselves and provide leadership, support, and motivation to the Operations team while holding others in the organization accountable for items that impact the Company’s success. This position will be responsible for scheduling and capacity planning for our Austin, TX manufacturing facility. In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring that Production Control (material planning) generates, distributes and communicates daily build schedules to Operations as well as managing the kitting process to ensure timely material availability for Operations.
